Last year we gave our first session--this year, we're back! When you have employees of color--especially Black women--it’s important to take their expertise and dialogue into account in order to ensure that educational technology is inclusive and equitable. Through this last year we've both had career changes and professional opportunities that have kept trusting Black women at the forefront of education and educational technology. Come learn (and discuss!) with us on how we can make this a reality in K-12 education and beyond, and what we have learned over the last year that helps keep us going with equity work in the areas of recruitment, retention, and celebration.
